TPC Landscapes & Pools has shaped luxury outdoor estates across Buckhead, Sandy Springs, and Dunwoody for more than twenty years. Founded by Tommy Powers, our team focuses on custom pools, hardscape, and outdoor living spaces designed in conversation with the architecture of the home.

Every project is led by the principal from first walk to final stone. We do not subcontract design, we do not template our work, and we take on a small, intentional number of projects each year.

How much does a custom pool cost in Atlanta?

A custom luxury pool from TPC typically begins at $80,000 and ranges to $300,000 or more depending on size, materials, water features, and surrounding hardscape. Every project is quoted transparently after a complimentary on-site consultation in Buckhead, Sandy Springs, or Dunwoody.

How long does a luxury pool installation take?

Most TPC pool projects take 10 to 16 weeks from groundbreaking to final reveal, depending on weather, hardscape scope, and outdoor living additions. We provide a detailed timeline before construction begins and walk the site weekly with our clients.

Do you handle the entire outdoor estate, or just the pool?

We design and build the complete outdoor estate. Most TPC projects integrate a custom pool with hardscape (terraces, walls, walkways), an outdoor kitchen or fire pavilion, and finished landscape. Designing all of these as one composition is what produces an estate that ages gracefully.
